• Gel Polish services are guaranteed for 5 days from the service date.
• Dip Powder, Acrylic, Gel-X, Builder Gel, and Nail Enhancements are guaranteed for 7 days from the service date.
• If chipping, lifting, or breakage occurs within the guarantee period, contact us immediately to schedule a complimentary repair.
• Repairs must be booked within the guarantee period and will be performed using the original color and service type.
• Damage caused by picking, biting, improper care, accidents, or using nails as tools is not covered.
• Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.

• All tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized for every client.
• Please inform your technician of any nail infection, fungus, injury, allergy, or abnormal nail condition before your service.

*We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may affect the health or safety of clients or staff.

• No cash refunds will be issued for completed services.
• If you are dissatisfied with your service, notify your technician before leaving the salon so we can address the concern.
• Once you leave the salon, the service is considered accepted.
• Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind regarding color, shape, length, design, or style selection.
• We are happy to make reasonable adjustments when concerns are brought to our attention promptly.
